The idea

Every workstream on one accountable screen.

AR extracts, job-costing workbooks, HR rosters, and PO logs each connect as their own source. DataDix profiles each one, maps every field with evidence, flags what does not add up, and carries that trust signal into the KPI. That includes composite numbers that exist only between workstreams, such as revenue per employee. A composite inherits the weakest trust of its inputs.

What it does

Profile. Map. Flag. Compose.

Profile and map

Records what each source actually contains. Each field mapping shows the profiled values behind it.

Flag

Mismatches and gaps are surfaced, not hidden.

Compose

KPIs and cross-source composites, built-in dashboards, a decoupled API feed, and an evidence-backed data dictionary.

Designed for on-prem and air-gapped environments, with no external calls required at runtime. On the roadmap: row-level cross-source joins.

Security features

Stated plainly.

These are product features, not certifications. No third-party penetration test has been performed. Built for controlled, on-prem environments.

  • Organization isolation
  • AES-256-GCM encryption of stored credentials at rest
  • Supports encrypted backups, with backup restore verification
  • Server-side logout revocation; a password reset revokes all sessions
  • Single-use, hashed password reset tokens
  • Role-based access (admin/member)
  • Rate-limited authentication
  • Audit logging of changes
